Becoming preapproved with a lender is a key component in the process of looking for a home. If you are not sure what you can afford, or have not been preapproved for a loan, don’t worry! Ask me for a recommended lender to get preapproved! 

The local market moves very quickly. View homes early and keep in touch with me as your agent. I can also set you up on a variety of search tools that give instant results.

There are a variety of first time home buyers’ assistance programs. Don’t be left out, contact your lender early for available programs.

Closing on a home could take anywhere from 45 to 60 days to close, so plan accordingly.
